2021 is just 8 days old and is already giving us a full dosage of social media entertainment and fun. Earlier this year, DNA test trended fiercely on Twitter and other social media platform following the viral story of one Thomas Tunde who died after his wife revealed to him that his two kids whom he has been training were not his biological children.

This time around, a new gist is trending on social media about a weird game called “Charlie Charlie” where two pencils are placed on a paper divided into 4 sides with a Yes and No written on it. When the word “Charlie Charlie are you here” it summoned a force called Charlie, the player will now ask a question and the pencil will shift either to YES or NO side in affirmation of the asked question.

What is moving the pencil ?

While Nigerian youths are playing the game for fun, I made some research about the original history of the game and according to reports and researches, the game has demonic root attached to it.

 

According to Wikipedia the free encyclopedia, it described the Charlie Charlie challenge as a demonic modern incarnation with its origin from Spain previously called Juego de la Lapicera in the Spanish language. It is a magic game similar to the 8-ball game played by teenagers Using balanced papers to ask a question or get an answer from an unknown force.

Please discourage your friends and loves one from playing the game and improve your prayer life.

Let us not involve ourselves in anything that will negatively affect us in 2021.
